Day to day you will:

  • Help hiring managers write amazing job postings that attract world class talent.
  • Use your extensive research and creative skills to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for our current roles and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Conduct application screening calls or other creative requests to select candidates for interviews with the team.
  • Conduct phone, video and in person interviews with appropriate team members.
  • Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and make offers to candidates.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of all positions.
  • Help find creative solutions for tough to fill roles.
  • Complete references, background checks and other documentation to finalize the hiring process. 
  • Facilitate a world class candidate experience.
  • Work closely with the Head of People & Culture on hiring goals and on other people projects that help make CoLab an amazing place to work.

You will need to have:
  • Experience recruiting in a high growth company (technical & non-technical positions)
  • Genuine curiosity about people and their careers. 
  • Experience building high-trust relationships. 
  • High attention to detail both with people and process. 
  • A highly organized approach to manage a high volume of multiple positions at varying priority.
  • High level of emotional intelligence. 
  • Ability to communicate authentically, frequently, professionally and clearly.
  • A high level of care for people.
