Position

Initially, this role will be dynamic and span the entire sales cycle, from finding leads to closing them. As we grow there will be an opportunity to focus on the aspect that you are most passionate about. Right now we are a small(ish) company and that means many exciting things. There are a lot of things to figure out and problems to solve so this opportunity will best fit you if you enjoy change and want to be a part of growing and contributing in many ways. You will be:

  • Utilizing creative strategies to find and nurture new leads
  • Creating outbound call and email plans to uncover opportunities
  • Interacting with clients and prospects to understand their business process, requirements and issues
  • Delivering customized demos and content to leads to move them along in the buying process
  • Managing follow-up and conversations and documenting all activities in Salesforce
  • Working with the sales team to strategize on deals and ways to progress leads
  • Working closely with the product team to ensure we’re always building the product our customers need
  • Working in consultation with our customers to uncover their existing problems and strategize solutions

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales position with strong closing skills
  • Ability to balance finding new leads with closing deals
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • A collaborative approach 
  • Self driven motivation to achieve goals and results
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey your message
